NUTRITION! WHEREFORE ART THOU, NUTRITION?

When you dont eat right, you cannot perform right! While rehearsing late at night or early in the morning, we often forgo the healthiest options for our bodies. Processed foods may weigh you downliterally. The objective of this lesson is to teach the every day actor how to keep their bodies healthy and their minds
ready for the stage!

FIENDS, ROMANS, ENERGY!

Energy Foods :
-honey -fruits & juices -whole grains -nuts and seeds -granola -yogurt -peanut butter -oatmeal & raisins -lean meat -fresh produce

IT IS THE EAST! AND JULIET IS RELAXED.

Relaxed Foods :
-Eggs -Soup -Milk -Spinach -Sea food -Dark Chocolate -Brown Rice -Basil -Veggies & Fruits

WE HAVE SEEN BETTER BRAINS

Brain Food :
-blueberries -salmon -flax seeds -coffee -mixed nuts -avocados -broccoli -dark chocolate -pomegranate juice -fresh tea -beets and beans -whole grains

OUT, CALORIES! OUT I SAY!

Definition: A negative calorie food is a food that requires more food energy to be digested than it provides. Negative Foods : -celery -grapefruit -peppers -lemon & lime -lettuce -broccoli -cabbage
