If so you should seek feedback from friends and family members. How would you ensure that the feedback you receive is useful? I would usually ask for feedback from mainly my family for skills they know that I could demonstrate in the workplace. To make sure that what they have said could be useful information, I think about what I should do working in any kind of business industry as a professional and keep a note of all the useful feedback I have received that is as much accurate to the responsibilities of any workplace.

How would you use this feedback to identify and develop ways to improve competence in the task you have selected? I would put into practise my skills and competencies to identify what i need to work on more. I would use family and friends to practise my skills and competencies into developing a better understanding of what competencies that would be accurately useful to realistic practises in any kind of workplace.
