Flexor carpi ulnaris is first muscle supplied by ulnar nerve (test: flexion of wrist against resistance) Flexor digitorum profundus (test: 5th distal inter phalangeal joint against resistance) Abductor digiti minimi (test: abduct 5th finger against resistance) First dosal interosseous (test: abduct index finger against resistance) Claw hand : o Below elbow injury o Flexion and clwing of 4th and 5th fingers Forment's sign o Weakness of adductor pollices

o Adduction of fingers by Palmar (PAD) interossei Abduction of fingers by Dorsal (DAB ) interossei

The ulnar nerve run in cubital tunnel under medial epicondyle

radial nerve
From posterior cord of brachial plexus Palsy called Saturday night palsy or honeymoon palsy or crutch palsy Supply the extensor muscle of fingers and wrist also tricepes muscle Lesions of the radial nerve in the spiral groove spare the triceps.

median nerve

Flexion of the fingers and thumb abduction is supplied by the median nerve
