1. A CT angiogram of the patient's chest found 25-50% stenosis in the proximal and middle segments of the left anterior descending artery due to plaque.
2. The left main trunk and left circumflex artery were normal, and the right coronary artery had motion artifact preventing stenosis assessment.
3. The left ventricle had normal wall motion, size, and ejection fraction of 58.6%.

Indication Chest Pain Procedure High-resolution Computed Tomographic Angiographic imaging of the chest was performed with particular attention paid to the coronary arteries. 80 ml of non-ionic contrast was administered through an antecubital vein and images from the examination were analyzed for the presence and extent of coronary artery disease, using 3D image processing software. The patient tolerated the procedure well and there were no complications. The results of the coronary CT angiography are provided below, along with any representative images from the examination.
Coronary Dominance: Co-dominance
Left Coronary Tree: Left Main Trunk (LM): No significant lesions. Left Anterior Descending Artery (LAD): There is 25-50% stenosis in the proximal segment secondary to calcified plaque, with luminal area >7 mm sq. There is 25-50% stenosis in middle segment secondary to non-calcified plaque with luminal area ~ 4mm sq. Left Circumflex (LCX): Large caliber co-dominant vessel without significant lesions.
Right Coronary Tree: Right Coronary Artery (RCA): Small caliber vessel. There is motion artifact in middle segment, stenosis can not be excluded.
Conclusion: 1. Moderate coronary calcification. 2. 25-50% LAD stenosis. 3. Normal LV wall motion, chamber size and systolic function.
