Dear Class,

It is well known that education is the major solution for adapt our changing

world. But education is still a problem that have been bothering every educationist in
every generation. ln Five Keys to Educating the Next Generation of Leaders, Mr. Henry Doss pointed out educationist should consider Language, Leadership,

Authenticity, Breadth and Resilience. lt gives me inspiration in how to change myself

and became more suitable in study and considering my future life.

ln language, it is not only for communication and solve problem, but also it gives
idea to inspire anyone and cooperate with every to make the jobs well done. language in our world is so important, especially in study. Study in college is a

miniature of our society, we need to promote our language to present our ideas and bring understanding to everyone. Giving a clear idea to co-workers which is good for operation and cope with any problem. When it comes to talk about leadership, it is important for our world. ln
