Date: December 2012 Course: EDUC 240: Introduction to Physical & Health Education for Teachers Brief Description: The Integrated Lesson Plan Spelling Free-Throws was a lesson plan I created that incorporates two or more objectives that involve more than one subject. I created the lesson plan so all students will have success with the lesson.

Rationale: To document my understanding of Planning for Instruction I have selected to include my Integrated LessonSpelling Free-Throws from Introduction to Physical & Health Education for Teachers, because it demonstrated my ability to plan a lesson. It also demonstrated my ability to create a lesson that gave support in learning to each student in the classroom. The Integrated Lesson Plan also demonstrated my knowledge on the NASPE Standard #6 and the Common Core State Standards in English Language Arts.
