for the next 2 months, 1st December 10th January. We will not be using your facilities everyday between those dates, but we may be using your facilities at least once in one week. Blizzard Productions are planning to use your facilities for a media production (Opening Sequence). Just to confirm we will be filming in your facilities. It would be an honour if we could use your facilities during the dates stated above as it would help us complete our media production; hence, this letter to request your kind approval to use your facilities in between those dates.
