Note 1:

The caution money: is refundable subject to deductions for damages or lost

property and one terms notice in writing of his intention to withdraw a child
from school. Any deduction due to lost or damaged property should be
replenished immediately.

Note 2:

Fees should be paid in full on or before the first day of the term. Payment
should be by either Bankers Cheque or Company cheque payable to St.
PETROC PREMIER SCHOOL LTD, Equity Bank Lavington Branch A/C no.
1410261115270, The bank slip must be presented at the school cash office
and acknowledged by a receipt. (Cash payments are not accepted at the
school office)

Note 3:

Early payment discount: All fees are payable on or before the first day of
each term. A discount of 5% on TUITION fees only is given when FULL
payment is made within 10 days of the due date.

Note 4:

FAMILY DISCOUNTS on TUITIONS FEES only are allowed in bills of

younger child as follows:
2nd child:

10%

3rd child:

20%

4TH child:

30%

5th and subsequent child

40%

Note 5:

A SURCHARGE of 1.25% is levied PER MONTH for the late payment of fees.

Note 6:

Activity fees are charged separately and are normally accompanied by an

official letter from the HEADTEACHER.

Note 7:

A full terms notice in writing and the HEADTEACHERS acknowledgement in

writing of the same is required for withdrawals else, A FULL TERMS FEES
IS PAYABLE in lieu of such notice.

Note 8:

The board of Directors reserves the right to alter the fees charged giving
five months prior to this.
