and informal motor assessments o Development of motor skills Rules for Physical Education: Shirt tails must be tucked in at all times Dressing out is mandatory No gum, food, drinks allowed in the gym Be in assigned area ready to participate within 5 minutes after the bell If a student is ill or injured and needs to be exused from participation in class, a note stating the reason why he/she is to be excused is required and must be signed by a parent or guardian, with a phone number provided If the student is out for more than 3 consecutive days, a doctors note is REQUIRED. Uniforms are mandatory. If a student comes to class unprepared the following are the consequences: 1st time warning 2nd time phone call to parent 3rd time referral Participation in class is mandatory, regardless if you forgot your uniform or not. The only way you will not be able to participate is if you have a signed note from a parent or doctor. Each student will be assigned a locker and lock. Each student will be in charge of keeping his or her combination confidential.
