A possible suggestion would be: An inquiry into the Lives of Bodybuilders In the intro consider adding a general thesis that you followed for all of your research For the order of your lecture consider briefly discussing the methods that you used to gather this research Ultimately when doing this lecture be sure to keep it formal, but still loose and flowing. If it is too formal you will quickly loose the audience interest.
