    DVR Naming Convention

    Every External Hard disk should be named with the venue name. If the sites have multiple hardisk then mention the site codes in the sticker of the hard disk. For ex: Prometric (Venue Name) - IILXX & IILLYY/IILXX.

    The recording should be captured in the following format. Create a main folder for site code Site Code Create a sub folder inside the main folder for Date, which will be in DDMMYY format. Create two sub folders inside the Date folder for AM session & PM session. Inside the Date folder all the recordings should be copied as per the session. The recording file should be named in following format.

    Site Code_Date(DDMM)_AM/PM_Channel##_Ws# to Ws# For ex: IILXX_1908_AM_C01_Ws01toWs05
