Program Evaluation Assignment 1

The evaluation will be conducted on Carroll County's current BYOT, Bring Your Own Technology, program. BYOT allows students to bring and use their technological devices to enhance their learning experience. The program was implemented in 2012. In order to bring and use their devices, students and their parents must sign a BYOT contract that is kept on file at the school and be connected to the school's Wi-Fi.
