    30th Nov. 2013 Meeting of the Church Growth-Evangelism and Follow-up Department The meeting commenced at about 4.00PM In attendance: Bro. Chinedu Sis. Mabel Bro. Yisau Issues of Discussion: Need for a dedicated team to form the core of the group Schedules of our programs and possible locations A.O.B The following are the deliberations during the meeting: Matured dedicated member of the parish should be considered for membership of the proposed team, who should not only be willing but also not saddled with much activity.

    There is need for prayers among the present team members to pray that the Lord will add more laborers to the group. It was also suggested to rename the department to discourage misconception about evangelism. Rebranding. The members were to come with list of places like hospitals, prisons and orphanages for possible outreaches. The possibility of commencing a weekly interdenominational Christian student fellowship in a public school was discussed. The department is also to be actively involved in organizing crusades for the parish.

    The meeting was closed at 4:50 PM with a prayer by Sis Mabel. No date has been fixed yet for a future meeting.
