September 30, 2013 Mr. and Mrs. Brady 1234 Kidden Street El Paso, TX 19901 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brady: Thank you for the efforts you have made on improving Bretts behavior. A month ago I met with you to address your sons conduct; however, there has been no change on his behalf. At Tiny Tots Day Care our priority is the safety of all our children, therefore I am at a point where I have to make a decision. Since your son was accepted at this institution things have changed and not being improved. He is unable to get along with others, not even with the instructors, whom he has kicked. He has bitten children on several occasions and caused one of them to have stitches, as well as pulled hair, scratched, and hit others including himself when he does not obtain what he wants. Unfortunately we havent been able to control him or teach him good manners, which has created a bad example to other children in the center. Several parents have talked about pulling their children out from our center if Brett does not leave since their children complain about him and others are trying to follow his bad example. At Tiny Tots Day care we encourage good values and behavior: After discussing this with the instructors, I have decided to expel your son from our center. However, you may still bring him up to the end of this week, which gives you time to find another day care. He will not be admitted anymore to our center effective Monday, October 07, 2013.
