PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY OF LEADERSHIP

Brief Summary: Leadership isnt something that you are promoted to or something that falls into your lap, but it is something that you choose to be. Leaders should lead by example. Their attitudes and actions help form the climate of the school. In order to be an effective leader, leaders must have thick skin. Leaders need to be completely aware of what they can and cannot do, whether it is the policies of the school/district or the laws. Each leader should either have a contact that is knowledgeable of the laws or have a lawyer hired to their services.
