and Ms. Petty’s room) no later than Tuesday, August 25th. There is a $5 application fee (payable
check or cash) that needs to be turned in with the application.

acceptance or rejection. Keep in mind that we are not looking for generic answers but unique answers
that show the potential of the applicant.

1. Describe any clubs or activities that you are involved in and out of school and the extent of your
involvement in them (your role, job, etc.). Elaborate on how that role and that experience could
possibly be used in the SGA.

2. As an elite team of leaders, the SGA promotes leadership and helps to better the school and the
community. What is your personal motivation in joining the SGA? (NOTE: Please do not answer this
with the fact that it looks good on a college application or that you want to meet new and interesting
