Brief
Our task is to make the opening sequence of a

fiction film, it has to include: Titles, soundtracks also a variety of camera shots. Our task is an action drama, and is about a gang member who is being pushed into killing someone, the opening sequence tells part of his story and is slightly suspicious leaving people wanting discover the rest of the story in the main part of the film. If the film was to continue it would say how he is trying to get out of the gang life and some of the illegal measures he would have to take.

Our ideal location would be London as it has the

right type of housing e.g. blocks of flats they look quite run down and rough, this reinforces the danger and the background of people involved. London is far away and is hard to get to so we will have to film in Woodstock as there are some similar looking areas that would give the same effect.

Treatment
The colour treatment has quite a dark feel to it

and maybe quite washed out, to portray the danger that may later unfold.

Soundtracks
We are looking for unsigned American Hip-Hop

artists to use in our production. The music may change through the opening sequence.

Target Audience
The target audience for our production 15-20 year

olds So would have the certificate of 15 as it contains some violence.
