To Whom It May Concern: Mrs. Donna Osborn has asked me to write a letter of recommendation on her behalf. I am very happy to do so. Mrs. Osborn worked at Park Hill Elementary School in Derby Kansas for two years as an interrelated paraprofessional while she was attending school to be a teacher. During her two years she worked with some very difficult students both behaviorally and academically. Under Mrs. Osborns tutelage these students made great gains in all areas of deficiency. Mrs. Osborn worked diligently with the teachers in our building brainstorming and problem solving for these students. Mrs. Osborn is an outstanding professional who understands the importance of creating positive relationships with both coworkers and all the students that she works with. She is very creative and a tenacious problem solver when it comes to helping students that are struggling in school. I have no doubt that Mrs. Osborn will continue to be an excellent instructor and advocate for students. I highly recommend her for any scholarship/job in education, as she is the type of person we need in our schools. She has already proven her effectiveness in the classroom and I hope she can begin her official career as soon as possible so that she can begin making a difference the lives of more students.
