Andrew, I think you have a really excellent complaint and you have good reasons to support your argument,

but think you need to focus more on who your audience is and what they think and how they feel about this law. You seem to be assuming the point and purpose of the law is to deter kids from smoking, and while that might certainly be a part of it, I think safety is the other. With that in mind, how much does that idea complicate your argument? Your essay covers some really interesting and worthwhile ground, but I think you need to rein in and focus and organi e your thoughts in a digestible way. You need to take your reader !me and classmates" on a carefully planned tour on your thought processes. #aragraphs should be primary device by which your organi e your thoughts. $ring order and focus and you%ll have a good essay on your hands.
