    Check list for project APF:

    1. Covering letter from builder addressed to AXIS Bank for request of APF. 2. All title docs of project land including MOA , list of directors and their share holding pattern for legal from any one of our empanelled lawyer. 3. Copy of license (From DTCP) for group housing projects (Applicable in Gurgaon & Faridabad). 4. Copy of payment receipt of payment made to authority towards land cost in case of NOIDA & Greater Noida Builders. 5. Approved sanction plans from concerned authority - both zoning & floor plans for latest technical report of the project from one of our penal technical agency. 6. All inventory list of all the flats of the concerned project as per approved sanction plans. 7. ROC Search certificate issued by builder CA or from Finance Head (of the CAT A builder only) confirming project / property is encumbrance free and if any charge then confirmation of the same and declaration from builder / builder's CA that NOC to be provided in every individual case from the lending bank. 8. Board resolution favouring signing authority who will be signing Flat Buyer agreement, Payment receipts, TPT , PTM etc...KYC of the signing authority is required. 9. Acknowledgement of our TPT and PTM format by the builder as attached for your reference. 10. NOC from Airport Authority of India, Environment and Pollution clearances and other approvals as desired by legal report of our lawyer. 11. Draft copy of flat buyer agreement, payment receipt and allotment letter. 12. Project / flat brochure. 13. One undertaking on Rs.100 stamp paper as per attached format confirming construction of project as per approved sanction plans only. 14. Builder profile and latest two years audited financials of the builder with latest updated 6 month bank statement of the builder. 15. Builder profile detail to be filled as per attached format. 16. Builder inventory tower wise details to be filled as per attached format as per our vendor's technical report's sanctioned towers only. 17. Pricelist of concerned project's different category flats. 18. All payment plans of the builder. 19. If any relationship with our Bank then proof of the same
