    Ireland is known for its green countryside and four provinces: Leinster, Munster, Connacht, and Ulster. The capital of Ireland is Dublin, located along the River Liffey, home to Trinity College with its vast libraries. Other notable places include Newgrange, an ancient tomb similar to the Pyramids of Giza where the sunrise is visible during the winter solstice, and the Cliffs of Moher near Galway that rise over 650 feet (198 meters). Ireland features castles, churches, towers, fortresses and monuments throughout the countryside.
