Gardens You Can Eat
A series of classes designed and taught by Master Gardeners to help you create your own organic backyard vegetable garden. This course is open to any community member who wishes to learn about growing food crops organically. Learn the principles of organic gardening with a focus on soils, composting and integrated pest management (IPM). Hands on learning 5 CPH credits/5 MG continuing education hours available per class When: Where: Cost:
Saturdays 9am to 3pm,February 15 & 22, March 8 & 22 Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 6th Street, Bremerton $150 for all four classes (includes class materials, Maritime Gardening Guide and resource guides) or $45 each class individually
** Early Registration by December 16th $125 for all 4 classes ***Master Gardener Rate: $100 for all 4 classes -$15 cancellation fee for series of 4 classes, $5 cancellation fee for each individual class -no refunds after February 7, 2014, $30 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds
