    The following event was reported to the Plano Police Department.

    OFFENSE NUMBER: 2009-162288


    OFFENSE TYPE: Burglary
    LOCATION/STREET: Wing Point (Park Blvd/Preston Rd, Mapsco 656P)
    BLOCK NUMBER: 2400
    DATE: 8/12/09 (Wednesday) TIME: 12:45pm

    DESCRIPTION: At approximately 12:45pm the victim returned home and was


    confronted by the suspect in her garage. Victim interrupted the suspect
    burglarizing her residence. During the confrontation the victim was assaulted.
    The investigation is on going.

    SUSPECT INFORMATION: Hispanic male, late 20’s, 5’6”, thin build, bad teeth,
    mustache, wavy hair covering ears, last seen wearing white or gray t-shirt under
    a plaid navy shirt, dirty blue jeans, work gloves.
