Determination of quorum = Quorum Established 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes i. August 2013 Minutes were approved ii. September Special Meeting Minutes were approved 3. Treasurers report i. August and September financial statements were reviewed ii. Review of delinquent accounts. 4. Old Business a. Landscaping Maint. Review i. CF will discuss pruning of bushes and weed removal with Currans. b. Replacement of Landscaping i. 4 Seasons in process of tree removal and replacement. ii. Motion by CF to change the work order to delete evergreen trimming and instead have 4 Seasons increase the bed edging around the evergreens. iii. Vote viva voce: CF, JH in favor / TP opposed. c. Management Company Fees i. Request for bids will be made to additional management companies. d. Ballfield backstop i. Quotes were received from Peerless Fence on options involving moving the backstop further away from homes ($1,695) and adding an overhang to the backstop at its existing location ($1,650). Funds are not available in the current budget but the work will be considered in future budgets if funds are available. 5. New Business a. 2014 Budget i. The 2014 budget was discussed and JH will prepare a budget for presentation at the October meeting. 6. Meeting was suspended at 8pm on 8-21-13 and resumed on 8-26-13 at 6pm 7. Additional Business a.
