Comment: fave: I changed the wording to reflect the modified activity, which no longer involves craft sticks. Comment: fave: I left this open-ended so that I could comment on not only whether each student found his or her total, but how they did it. Comment: fave: Caroline Ebby suggested this revised wording, which more clearly gets at the point of the lesson. Comment: fave: I actually added this column after teaching the lesson. I realized I needed more space to remark on the students' other behaviors and comments that were not directly related to the Bean Counters activity.
