    Sales Representative Jones Printing Company 105 East Summit Street New Brunswick, NJ 08910 Subject: Missing pages on the Study Abroad booklet On September 5 we received 10,000 study abroad booklets as per order number 19973566. On September 25 we received the booklets from your distribution center in Brunswick NJ, however all 10,000 booklets share the same error of missing pages 13-19 along with this shipment being 6 days over the stated arrival date.
