Brainstorming Process
1. Beautification of Austin, poverty/hunger, children with special needs in sports. 2. Decided to focus on children with special needs in athletics due to a shared interest and equal passion 3. Wanted to incorporated a sports tournament into our project
a) Volleyball Tournament b) Kickball Tournament

4. Wanted to focus on AHS athletics for participants, but decided to broaden the range of participants to all of Austin High

Current Plan of Action


Organized kickball tournament at Casis Elementary Each program/organization can form their own team with at least 8 players 5 dollar playing fee, 2 dollar entry fee for spectators Each team would be designated a sponsor which they would promote in exchange for donations from the sponsor Concession stand with food for purchase, proceeds also go towards our cause Prize for winning team (TBD) Date of tournament is not certain, possibilities are December 1 and December 8
