Job Title: Assistant Operation Manager To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company and administrative issues.

To help in projects co-ordination, logistics, headhunting, procurement of resource and management. Job Responsibility of Assistant Operation Manager: Responsible for smooth execution of training programmes, workshops and events (internal and external) Responsible for providing administrative support when ever required Accountable and responsible for the entire events and programmes from initiation to closing Willing to work flexible hours whenever necessary including weekends. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Sales, marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities Regular visits to Client sites to good relations and to retain them for regular business Take responsibility for client satisfaction for project completed by the company. And conducts time to time customer satisfaction surveys. Work with project manager and team to ensure everyone understands the project endgoal To work with technical team for on time completion of project keeping the required quality standards
