In a World of My Own
Your group has two options: 1) Pick a country and the resource you want to focus on for the project or 2) Create your own country, while using statistics and information from actual, real-life countries ----------------------------------------------------------

2. What are the neighboring countries?

3. What type of region is your country in?

4. What are some landmarks you notice on the map of your country? 5. Are there any bodies of water surrounding your country? Name them. 6. What are some important resources used in this country?

7. What do you believe is the most important resource? Why?

8. How does this resource interact with other aspects of the country (example: with other resources, people, animals, etc)

9. With your partners, invent a creative way in which this resource can be used to help the people of your country. Use your imagination in improving this resource and make sure you write down the positive and negative impacts of innovating ways in which the resource is used.

10.Create a visual representation of your country and the reinvention of your resource. Make sure to emphasize the resource you have picked, and create a key. You can use make a Powerpoint, collage, or a drawing on poster board.
