Jason Boynewicz A6 Imagine a world where there is a dictator and anyone who stands up to him is crushed.

Well, that world is found in the book Tangerine which is about a boy and his evil brother. Even though no one seems able to conquer the brother, many people fight him. This book ends p showing conflict between brothers and great and helpful relationships. In the book Tangerine, Erik tries to rule everyone until all the opposing players in the game finally end his wrath. Paul is not amazing at the start, but does amazing things at the end of the book. Paul, starts out shy, then he becomes bold, daring and majestic, Come on Erik, lets see if [Erik] can do any better with [Paul] than [Erik] did with Tino (261). This helps show that Paul has more courage at the end of the book. Because of his changes in bravery, Paul starts out blue, showing his shyness and sadness, then turns purple; the color of courageous kings. This change is also the reason behind his shape, starting out as a thin rectangle; he is very weak and cannot stand up to Erik, Forget about it, theyre idiots (113). Later in the book he becomes bolder and stronger, becoming a triangle. He is small because he is weak and does not have any control over anyone. Paul eventually, however becomes a force to be reckoned with. Erik is an evil and mean person held high by his oblivious parents. Erik is dead evil from the time the book starts to the time it finishes. Since he is so evil he gets the color red, [Paul] saw Arthur Bauer sneak up on Luis Cruz and hit him on the side of the head [Paul] heard Erik Fisher tell him to do it (284/285). He is strong, though, through the book no one till the end can conquer him earning a triangle. Erik is very mean, Hey, check it out. Its Mohawk Mans brother (113). Erik is represented large because he is mighty and strong. Plus he has many people under his rule such as Arthur.

Jason Boynewicz A6 Eriks parents are with Erik for most of the way, How long did it take Dad to get to his favorite subject, the Erik Fisher Football Dream (11). They lift Erik up. They are not exceptionally strong; in fact, they are too weak to tell their son Erik blinded him, making them weak squares. They are represented black because they are in the dark and cannot see what he is doing. Mom starts onto Erik earlier, Has Erik done something [Mom] need to know about.(209). However, it is not until the end that they final go against Erik. They are not very large because they are weak about not being able to tell Paul about what Erik did to him. Tino is a high-tempered soccer player who opposes Erik, and his whole family pays. Tino acts very strong against Erik Tino stared up at him and spoke as he had before. A funny guy, yeah. I see him all the time and I laugh all the time. This strength makes him a triangle. Tino also can get angry, after all, Paul could not go to Luiss funeral because of his anger; however it is not as bad as Eriks, so he is pink. Luis is a good and helpful person who falls to Eriks wrath. Luis is stronger than everyone else, Luis continues in a loud voice, I think [Erik] are, but I think [Erik is not] not man enough to say so. He is so strong that he is a circle. Luis is always optimistic, and he fights for what is right and good, against Erik. Luis is therefore yellow. Luis is rather large because he has control over many people, but not everyone, like Erik did for the longest time. Luis All of these people connect in one big conflict. Erik, already established is evil. He hurt many people throughout the book; however his blind parents never tried to stop Erik. Instead, they lifted him up; supported Erik and acted like he was the golden child. While his parents were completely oblivious, Erik was hurting many people. Erik started with just Paul, always antagonizing him. When Paul brought Tino over, Erik unleashed his rage, Erik lashed out,

Jason Boynewicz A6 smashing his hand across Tinos face. After Erik harmed Tino, Luis, Tinos brother, took matters into his hands. He stood up to Erik, not only trying to protect Tino, but now Paul as well. He tried to make a shield against Erik. Unfortunately, for Luis his shield had many holes and Erik continued to hit all three now. After Luis dies, Tino manages to get a strike off on Erik that lead to the crumbling of his pillars, Tino had helped finish Erik. This huge conflict is the basis for the story and shows justice always prevails. Using geometry to analyze characters can show completely what they are like. It can see the strength, and attitude of all characters. Using geometry allows all the main conflicts to be thoroughly analyzed. It shows Erik is bad, Luis is good, and Tino has a short temper.
