The document discusses clearance requirements between outdoor transformers based on IEC standard 61936-1 2002. For a transformer with an oil volume of 2800 liters, the standard requires a clearance of 5 meters (16.4 feet) to other transformers. However, the actual clearance between two existing transformers is 14 feet. To install an explosion wall and meet clearance standards, the low voltage cables for one transformer must be rerouted and that transformer relocated.

As per IEC standard 61936-1 2002 Recommendations for Separation distances
between outdoor Transformers and buildings , Table 16,
Transformer oil volume = 2800 liters Clearance to other transformers for this oil volume = 5 Meters (=16.4 Feet) Actual clearance between transformers = 14 Feet For the installation of explosion wall two things would have to be done 1. Rerouting of the Low voltage side cables for Transformer T1 as these cables are routed between the two transformers. 2. Transformer T1 will have to be relocated to ensure clearance as per IEC 61936-1 2002
