GD Racecars will merge with Hypertune, a world leader in automotive component design and manufacturing, and establish a new facility in Ingleburn, Sydney. This will allow GD Racecars to focus on product design and development while gaining access to Hypertune's superior machining capabilities. In 2014, GD Racecars will concentrate on designing a new line of bolt-in roll cages and supporting the MOITS racing team's world record cars. Fabrication opportunities will be limited during this transition period of focusing on design work under the Hypertune banner.

As of January 2014 GD Racecars will begin implementing our change in business direction. It has always been our goal to concentrate further on product design and development and we have been given the opportunity to work with the best in the business. In order to offer our customers a superior level of quality and unmatched machining capabilities we have decided to merge under the Hypertune banner and set up a new state of the art facility in Ingleburn, Sydney. Hypertune are world leaders in product design and manufacturing of automotive components and we feel it is a great opportunity for GD Racecars to be involved with such a company. Throughout 2014 GD Racecars will be concentrating heavily on product design and development which will include a line of bolt-in roll cages to comply with the new ANDRA regulations. We will also continue to work closely with the MOITS racing team campaigning the current world record holding 10.5 race car and the introduction of their new state of the art Turbo Pro Mod. Due to our above mentioned commitments GD Racecars will have limited fabrication opportunities throughout this period. We thank you for your support throughout the past years and hope you continue to follow us into this exciting new chapter. Regards, Glenn Davies
