    SOUTH SCARLE PARISH MEETING Minutes of Special Parish Meeting th Tuesday 17 December, 2013 1.

    Present: David Clarke (Chair), Adrian Lawton (Clerk), Jean Ashley, Dave French, Mo Tyler 2. Apologies: Jane Clarke 3. Introduction To The Meeting: The Chairman pointed out the reason for the Special Meeting resulted from planning applications received that required the Parish Meeting to review. The requirements of Newark & Sherwood to receive a response before the end of December meant that deferring the review to a normal meeting was not possible. As this is a Special Meeting only the items listed on the agenda will be discussed. All other matters will be deferred to the next full meeting scheduled for January 2014. 4. Planning Application The following planning application was put to the meeting (i) Change of use of part of pumping station buildings to B1 offices. Water treatment works, North Scarle Road, South Scarle by Eagle Hall Estates, Clay Farm. Result of the vote: Supported Not Supported Abstentions 3 0 0

    DRAFT Subject to approval at next full meeting

    There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.02pm
