Introduction: Amit Bali is a young man who belong to a middle class family. Amit works in MNC (call center). AMIT is a hardworking and warm hearted employee. Amit faced problem on organizational and personal level . These problems actually made his dreams shattered.

Case Analysis:

Amit was Band 5 employee with average salary of Rs.9000. The four Bbasic problem that arose with Amit are: Health Problem. Financial Problem Working Problem Personal Problem Health Problem:- The hectic schedule of Amit effected his health severely. He started facing chronicle problems. Financial Problem:- Amit was shouldering the family responsibilities with his Father as he was only son of the family, and his father was also retiring next year. Working Problem:- Amit was a very hardworking employee . But his incompetency in IT (computer) was a dark spot on his profile. Personal Problem :- The hectic working hour made his life complicated and full of problems.

Conclusion:
Amit should take initiative and improve his typing skills so that his job should be safe, and his salary may be increased

Amit must inform about the health problem that he is facing to HR department. Amit must aware of every development that is taking place in organization Though the only way to climb at any post is hard work but now this has changed into hard and smart works Amit is working in the organization for very long time but still he has not enhanced his education qualification.

Recommendation: Amit must take initiative to improve by taking some computer courses which would help him in job Amit is just graduate earning less salary he should try to increase his qualification Amit should communicate with his HR department.
