    ORDER December 18, 2013 On November 26, 2013, Mr. James D. Schneller filed a Motion for Leave to Intervene (Doc. 77) in this matter. Thereafter, on todays date, proposed intervenor Schneller filed a Motion for Leave to Register as an ECF User (Doc. 89) seeking ECF filing privileges. We are inclined to grant Mr. Schneller privileges while his Motion for Leave to Intervene is pending in order to streamline the filing process attendant to that Motion. However, should Mr. Schneller be denied intervention, his ECF filing privileges shall cease. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. James D. Schnellers Motion for Leave to Register as an ECF User (Doc. 89) is GRANTED to the extent that Mr. Schneller may enjoy

    ECF filing privileges during the pendency of his Motion for Leave to Intervene. 2. Mr. Schneller should forthwith contact the Clerks Office at (570) 207-5600 for assistance in ECF registration. 3. The Clerk shall mail a copy of this Order to Mr. Schneller.
