    ORDER December 19, 2013 As the parties are aware, Mr. James D. Schneller filed a Motion for Leave to Intervene (Doc. 77) in this matter. A brief in support was filed by Mr. Schneller on December 17, 2013. (Doc. 90). In view of the potential confusion for filing deadlines due to the pending holidays, we shall set a briefing schedule on the pending Motion within the Order that follows. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. 2. 3. Opposition briefs, if any, shall be filed by January 8, 2014. Mr. Schnellers reply brief shall be filed by January 22, 2014. The Clerk shall mail a copy of this Order to Mr. Schneller.
