Subject: Important Instructions for Centre Supervisors, Centre In charge and University Observers

All centre in charge, Senior Supervisor and observers are informed to see that to the following rules which are already in existence are followed strictly. 1) No one is to carry any mobile phone except GTU CUG phone which should be without camera as per GTU guidelines in the strong room where question paper printing is done as well as in exam blocks. 2) Only the Authorised Persons should be allowed to enter in the strong room where printing of question paper is done. 3) The senior supervisor along with the relieving supervisor should carefully ensure that no exam related material/chit/copies is kept in the toilet of the college. 4) All the concern should note that except GTU CUG mobile, other mobiles are not allowed in the exam centre and room wherever exam is being conducted.
