The community visited senior citizens to invite them to mass for World Senior Citizens' Day and arranged transportation for those with limited mobility. Upcoming events include ensuring senior participation at the launch of a Senior Citizens' Cell on September 28th and community members reciting the Rosary in their homes in October.

    Activities conducted: Members visited Senior Citizens of the community to


    invite them for the mass on the occasion of World Senior Citizens’ Day. A car was arranged
    to pick up and drop those not very mobile.

    Upcoming events: Community members will ensure a much better participation of


    our elders at the forthcoming launch of the Senior Citizens’ Cell on September 28, 2009. For
    the month of October, Rosary will be reverently recited by community members in their
    homes – all to partake of the same.
