Main Goals of Professionals for the Year Ahead

Table 1 shows the profile of professionals while Table 2 shows main goals for the year ahead according to age group. Different age groups have different goals for their future. The top goals for senior manager is to be more healthy but for the junior executive which want to be earn more money.Young professional which earn average income of rm3000 and had an 5 years of average work experience ranked improve technology and communication skills as their main goals unlike senior manager that had 20 years of average experience.Junior executive put the top goals as making more money and ranked to spend more time with family as the least important goals while the top priority for senior manager is to be more healthy and save money.95% of senior manager that are married are more concern to their family but the 40% of marital junior executive ranked spending more time with family as their least important goals. In a conclusion,these two groups show different goals for their future.
