FunDamentals (7-10 years) Our training methods

First Step (10-12 years) emphasis on building a strong foundation for the athlete as well as basic speed, agility, and quickness training. F.A.S.T (12-14 years) Functional Agility and Speed Technique. At this level we begin to emphasis the specific needs to the athletes sport. Accelerated (14-16 years) Emphasis on muscular development and maximal strength training while continuing to focus on flexibility training, enhancing speed, agility, first step quickness, and explosive power. Elite Athlete (16-18 years) Emphasis on muscular development and maximal strength training as well as implementing power and plyometric training while maintaining focus on flexibility, enhancing speed, agility, first step quickness, and explosive power. Pro Athlete (18 years and older) This prestigious level indicates that the athlete is at his/her highest level of athletic ability and is still looking to be refined.
