    NOTICE is hereby given that the 9th Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association of Engineering Professionals in Society Ltd will be held on Monday, 28 October 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Room 1801-4, China Merchants Building, 152-155 Connaught Road C., Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ( 152-155 1801-4 ) to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION: THAT the approval of the revised MEMORADUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF ENGINEERING PROFESSIONALS IN SOCIETY LIMITED .
