Michael Rebello (LSES-02-02) is demoted to the grade of Officer and transitioned to LSES-02-22. John Morgan (LSES-02-22) is promoted to the grade of Sergeant and transitioned to LSES-02-02. LSESPTRBASICINSGUIDE001 will be published and effective 1 January 2014. LSES-INSTRUCTIONROSTER-P-1.0.0 will be published and effective when all instructors are certified for PTRBASIC001.
