Salted Caramel Bark

Ingredients

3 tablespoon(s) corn syrup 2 tablespoon(s) sugar 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt 2 cup(s) peanuts 12 ounce(s) semisweet chocolate, melted Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, and salt. Stir in peanuts to evenly coat. Spread in single layer on parchment paper-lined jelly-roll pan. Bake 15 minutes or until browned and caramelized. Cool completely. Stir into melted chocolate until well coated. Spread evenly on waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate until set.
