    It will be on group basis. Project will involve application of theoretical concepts to specific sector/industry. Every group will be assigned an industry and each group member will have to choose a company belonging to the same sector/industry. Group will have to conduct a primary research on gathering detailed information on following aspects: Mission !ision " Goals #trategy Internal leadership $eam structures %or& environment and wor& culture '( Policies " Procedures (ewards recognition " incentives (esource building )ompetence $raining methods )ontinuous improvement / *est Practices I$ #ystems " support

    Final Output: + report outlining the above mentioned information about the industry and companies within the industry. +dditionally a class presentation summari,ing the &ey findings of the report is to be prepared -M+.IM/M 01 minutes with 0.123.4 minutes for each team member5 Both the project report and class presentation has to be submitted together in hardcopy.
