Confidentiality Agreement Best of Biotech-Business Plan Competition: In order to ensure the confidential treatment of any and all contributions

s submitted or provided in the course of the 2012 BOB business plan competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) I hereby agree with all participants of the competition that provide the confidential information as well as with the organizer Austria Wirtschaftsservice Gesellschaft mbH on the following: 1. I shall maintain as confidential all information that may be imparted to me or obtained during the course of the competition (incl. Workshops) and to maintain strict confidentiality also after termination of the competition. 2. I undertake to use such information only for the preparation and the holding of the Competition, and to refrain from passing on such information to third parties without the express consent of the entrant in question. The organizers of the Competition, the coaches, evaluators, participants and the members of the jury, who have, likewise, undertaken to maintain confidentiality and those of their agents, advisors and employees who have given such undertakings, shall not be deemed to be third parties in the meaning of this Agreement. 3. I undertake to return any confidential information, provided in writing or in electronic form, submitted by entrants without delay, and not to keep any copies myself, whereby the obligations set forth herein above will retain their validity thereafter. 4. Confidential information shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, mean any personal, scientific, commercial, technical, financial or other information, disclosed by any entrants to the Competition in any manner whatsoever, in particular by submitting contributions to the Competition in the course of thereof, unless such information has been or is common knowledge or self-evident through no fault of mine.
