To Whom It May Concern:

Our auditors, De Joya Griffith & Company, LLC, are conducting an annual audit of our financial
statements. Please confirm directly to them the detail of the bill and sale agreement for the transfer of assets
and liabilities of Chanaral Resources, Inc. indicating whether the following information is accurate and
complete:

1. On March 3, 2009, Alkane, Inc. transferred all of the Chanaral Resources, Inc. assets to 458549
BC, LTD, in exchange for assumptions of all liabilities associated with the business of Chanaral
Resources, Inc.
2. Total assets transferred consisted of an 80% interest in the Quince Project located in the Chanaral
mining district of Chile. Total asset value at the date of transfer was $698,909.
3. Total liabilities transferred and assumed by 458549 BC, Ltd. for the acquisition of the 80% interest
in the Quince Project consisted of the following:
a. $450,000 payable for the original acquisition of the 80% interest in Quince Project.
b. Loans payable of $188,563, representing a principle balance of $160,000 and the accrued
interest of $28,563.
c. A due to related party of $51,084.
d. Accounts payable and accrued liabilities of $31,838.
e. Notes Payable of $12,852.
4. Alkane, Inc. is not liable for any liabilities which were held by Chanaral Resources, Inc. and
transferred to 458549 BC, LTD on March 3, 2009.
5. Alkane, Inc, has no benefit or rights to the assets which were held by Chanaral Resources, Inc. and
transferred to 458549 BC, LTD on March 3, 2009.
