CHOPPED STRANDS - DMC

Features:
Good flow, dispersion and dispersion. Good strand integrity. Low static and good flowability. Excellent mechanical properties. uniform

Binani DMC grade Chopped strands are produced by chopping continuous Boron free E glass fibres. The chopped strands are free flowing and are coated with Silane based size to suite reinforcing polyester resin. The product is engineered to give excellent performance when used in injection and compression moulding.

Products Availability
Phenolic Chopped strands are available in standard 6 mm, 12 mm and 24 mm.

Packaging
25.0 kgs in moisture proof polyethylene bags.

Storage:
Material should be protected from sun and to be stored vertically. Recommended storage conditions o Temperature 25 - 400C. o Relative Humidity of 35 - 85%. To avoid moisture condensation, store packages for 24 hours under workshop conditions, before use.
