    • Adoption of the final rules effective 1/18/08.

    Procurement Manual
    • Thirty Chapters completed and being prepared for publication.

    Procurement Activity

    • Contract for A/E services at Mt. Pleasant approved by City Council on 3/04/08.
    Proposed award is to CORE Group in the amount of $970,318.00 - $1,403,541.00.
    DCPL is awaiting copy of resolution. Contract awarded to CORE Group on
    March 10, 2008.

    • DCPL awarded five (5) long term contracts – base year and four (4) one year
    options for project management services to: Smoot Construction, Jair Lynch,
    McKissack & McKissack, A-1 Construction and Hill Construction.

    • Contract for A/E Services for Petworth Library was awarded 3/05/08 to Franck
    Lohsen.

    • Condition Assessments contracts at Francis Gregory and Washington Highlands


    were respectively awarded to Argos Group and Setty Associates.

    • Construction Manager At Risk Solicitation for four libraries is scheduled to close
