Comments: Run faster. We were looking to go out 6:45-7:00 minutes. We did get
stuck behind Parkway Central and South and the course was tight and crowded
until the first mile so that might have slowed things down. Laura Michel is the role
model. Everyone needs to shoot to run even splits and she ended up winning the
Quad. We wanted to place all runners in the top 10 and we did that. We wanted to
win the Quad and we did that. I know you can run faster. As I said before the race
your best competition comes from your teammates. Push each other!! Our goal is
to place top 5 at Forest Park and have everyone on varsity break 22 minutes. Lets
make that goal a reality. Don’t forget to walk around with a swagger. You are a
group of talented runners. Remember that!!
