ateh Group is based at Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, consists of seven

Pakistani and nine foreign companies. The last five decades it is producing
and marketing agro-based products all over the World. All the seven
Pakistani Group Companies are Public Limited Companies of which Fateh
Textile Mills Limited being the parent company is quoted on the Karachi
Stock Exchange.
Group Production Facilities: The Group production facilities are located almost in SITE area
Hyderabad. The Group presently employes around 10,000 workers at its different Plants. The
Group labour force is housed mostly in the colonies within the factory boundary walls.
Textile Production Facilities
A -- Yarn Division: Comprising Three Spinning Unit #1 consists of 14,400 spindles with complete
back process machinery and a yarn doubling unit having an annual production of 4.80 million
Kgs. of export quality yarn. The unit is housed in fully air-conditioned building with a covered area
of 150,000 Sq. ft. constructed on a 5-acre plot of land. This unit has been certified for ISO-9002
system by Messrs. AOQC Moody International, UK. Another spinning unit consists of 16,320
spindles with complete back process machinery having an annual production of 5.00 million kgs
of export quality cotton yarn. A centrally air-conditioned and beautifully designed building has
been constructed to accommodate these facilities with a covered area of 130,000 sq. ft.
constructed on 4.31 acres plot of land. The ISO-9002, Quality Management System of the
Company also certified in 1999. Another spinning unit namely Fateh Spinning # 4 having 12,000
spindles in also working on a plot of land measuring about 15.0 acres in SITE Hyderabad. The unit
is housed in a building with covered area of 360,000 sq. ft.
B -- Weaving Division: The Weaving Division is working on a plot of land measuring 20.0 acres in
SITE Hyderabad. This comprises 250 shuttle-less looms with capacity to produce cloth of various
widths and constructions for further processing and export.
C -- Cloth and Finishing Division: With an annual capacity to produce 60 million metres of
bleached, dyed, printed and finished cloth of various widths. This Division consists of Bleaching,
